Mary Shelley’s League of Supernatural Hunters uses many of the classic horror novels for characters. What you might not know is that it also uses the authors of those novels as “hunters”.
Though you don’t have to read the classics to understand any of the League books there are some Easter Eggs if you know the classic novels. Plus, these are amazing books and I highly recommend reading them.
I’d like to start with a list I found on NPR. This is a great list. And, to show my support of NPR I will link to books on their site for purchase if you care to. But, you can buy these most anywhere. Most of the classics can be found for free online.
